Tent Collapse Injures Six; Frampton/Yes Shows Rescheduled

CONCHO, OK – High winds are being blamed for ripping down a tent, injuring six crew members and causing extensive damage to gear on the afternoon prior to a July 6 show featuring Peter Frampton and Yes. None of the injuries were life-threatening, but two crew members were reportedly hospitalized, one with a broken leg.
The tent, set up outside the Lucky Star Casino, collapsed
between 3:30 and 4 p.m. Along with the July 6 event, set to begin at 8 p.m., a
July 7 event at Sandia Casino in Albuquerque, N.M. had to be rescheduled.

The Peter Frampton/Yes tour was expected to resume July 9 at
the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
