Broadcast Provider DMC Exchanges Intercom for Riedel Artist System

AMSTERDAM – The Digital Media Centre (DMC), a provider of channel playout services, TV distribution and content delivery, has upgraded its intercom system with a communications system from Riedel Communications that includes a Riedel Artist digital matrix intercom installation with VoIP telephone and mobile radio integration.
The system uses a Riedel Artist 128 mainframe providing
connections for 40 4-wire signals via Riedel Artist AIO client cards and 42
Riedel Artist 1000 series rackmount control panels, which provide digital audio
via AES. In addition, there are six Artist 5000 series control panels at the
DMC.

Kroc Center in Dayton, Ohio Equipped with Bag End Speakers

DAYTON, OH – Joan Kroc, widow of Ray Kroc, founder of McDonald's, donated a substantial amount of money to the Salvation Army of America to build community centers in underserved cities across the country. The Ray Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Dayton, Ohio opened its doors in May.
Among its recreational, educational and social facilities,
the center has a movie theater/lecture hall designed by John Poe Architects.
KJWW Engineering Consultants specified a sound system that includes seven Bag
End loudspeakers and subwoofers and a Bag End INFRA-MXB processor, which was
installed by Copp Systems Integrators.
